About the project

This project utilized Tableau to create an interactive sales dashboard for a coffee shop, providing a comprehensive analysis of key sales metrics and trends over time. The dashboard presents essential insights into total sales, average sales per day, and quantity sold, while also highlighting year-over-year performance changes.
By examining customer behavior, top-selling products, and sales by country, coffee type, and roast type, the dashboard delivers actionable insights into the coffee shop's operations. It tracks sales fluctuations over the year, identifies top customers and best-performing coffee variants, and helps pinpoint areas for improvement.
These visual insights aim to support data-driven decisions for optimizing product offerings, enhancing customer engagement, and improving overall sales strategy.
